SITE CONDITION
Dilemma: “One city nine towns” Policy
Shanghai focuses on “One city nine towns” to create a unique urban system and Luodian is one of the nine towns. The government hopes the the towns learn from the characteristic towns of other countries and introduce their styles. The theme of Luodian New Town is “Nordic Europe Town” .

This site is in a new countryside community far from the city center. This project consists two parts: compund planning and single buiding design.
Considering the identity of the site and the requirements of Shanghainese in modern society, the new scheme aims to provide a new pattern of living - Modern Farm Living.
