SITE CONDITION
The site is in a heritage area in the center of a Chinese city. Many histortical buildings lack preservation and are badly damaged. The main function of the historical buildings is for living. The client hopes that this area can be redefined as a Cinema City featuring the traditional architectures and streets, serving as a unique area and bring more commercial activities.
