This analysis helps the new settlers in Philadelphia who prefer to live a green life-style to find a good location to live. There are some important keywords to help the selection:
1. HEALTHY FOOD is the important part of daily life and it needs to be accessble by bike in a certan distance.
2. BIKABILITY is considered as the dominant traffic tool and the new houses or apartments need to be close to the bike network.
3. RECREATION is a standard of life quality. Assuming the family need to go the the park or playground everyday after dinner, so it needs to be accessble by bike in a certan distance.
4. SAFETY is also an important concern.
5. RESIDENTIAL LAND USE is for locating the ideal residence.
